boomsatsuma is celebrating results day success as its students end the school year on a high boasting a 100% pass rate, with an average grade of Distinction.

boomsatsuma was proactive in the run up to the COVID-19 lockdown, mobilising teachers with the necessary resources to ensure students’ home-learning experiences were fruitful. This support was paramount during an uncertain time for students, who feared their futures would be in jeopardy and have succeeded in the face of adversity.

Their students have achieved fantastic high standards of work, with the majority continuing their education via university, as well as enrolling on boomsatsuma’s newly launched degree level courses which consists of Game Art, Game Audio and Foundation Year in Acting.

Stuart Wood, Executive Director at boomsatsuma, commented:

“We’re delighted to have achieved such a high standard of results across our courses including Sports Media, Acting, Film & Production, Gaming, Dance and Photography. It’s been a pleasure to see our students flourishing and we’re proud they achieved such high grades, particularly given the COVID-19 lockdown which they worked through.

“We’ll be keeping in touch with our pupils as they progress into their futures; we’re now focusing on preparing ourselves for next year's intake. We’re particularly excited about the launch of our new degree courses.”
